Yang Jie, pen name Yang Yajie, a member of the China Democratic Progressive Party, a native of Haizhou in 1989, graduated from the School of Fine Arts of South Central University for Nationalities and the deputy secretary-general of the Haizhou District Artists Association, under the tutelage of Zhong Ruqian, Wu Peng, Tang Hui and Tang Xiuling. He is now a member of the China Artists Association, the China Gongbi Painting Society, the China Collectors Association, the China Landscape Creation Institute, the Jiangsu Artists Association, the Lianyungang Artists Association, the Lianyungang Young Artists Association, and the China Caring for the Next Generation Care about the Growth Publicity and Education Foundation.
