In 2021, the Provincial People's Congress also launched the legislative process of volunteer service in the province, providing a good opportunity for the legislative work of Tai'an City. Strengthen the unified leadership and organizational guarantees of party committees and governments for volunteer service work, clarify that volunteer service work should adhere to the party's leadership, government promotion, social coordination, and public participation, and the municipal and county (city, district) people's governments will include funds for the development of volunteer service undertakings in the financial budgets at their respective levels to ensure that the public welfare and gratuitous nature of volunteer services are guaranteed; the administrative management responsibilities of civil affairs departments are clarified, and the incubation and cultivation mechanisms of people's governments at all levels are refined It is clear that students' participation in volunteer service activities should be included in the students' ideological and political education and comprehensive quality evaluation system, so as to raise the awareness of volunteer service among young people. The week of March 5 of each year is designated as the Volunteer Service Publicity Week in Tai'an City.
