The whole boat has a displacement of 1450 tons, a length of 65.5 meters and a width of 7 meters, a full underwater speed of 18 knots, an economic speed of 4 knots, a limit dive of 300 meters, a range of 4300 miles, an underwater range of 1200 miles, a support force of 30 days, a crew of 18-20 people, and a weapon of 533 mm torpedoes.
At the International Maritime Exhibition in July 2019, the St. Petersburg Marine Engineering Agency (SPMBM) "Malachite" showed for the first time that the medium model P-750B is a multi-purpose (universal) submarine with a single power unit for underwater and surface navigation. Under the project, the submarine P-750B will be equipped with a gas turbine closed circulation air independent power unit (VNEU). The unit consists of a 400 kW enclosed gas turbine and a 2,500 kW electric motor.
