Liu Dan believes that the "Li Congrong" ecological, cultural tourism, tourist attractions are rich in resources, Liping Airport, Guiguang high-speed railway, Xiamen Rong Expressway, Duliujiang - Liujiang - Pearl River waterway and other comprehensive transportation systems, so that Li Congrong quickly integrated into the 3-hour economic circle of the Greater Bay Area, the location advantage is obvious.
"I suggest that Guizhou Province introduce the policy measures of 'Li Congrong' to build Guizhou Province into a 'bridgehead' of the 'Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao' Greater Bay Area, build a collaborative highland, and strive to build a Guizhou Dongxiang Health Industry Demonstration Zone, a health tourism base, an industrial transfer base, and a green ecological food supply base 'one district and three bases'." Secondly, Liu Dan hopes that Guizhou Province can incorporate the regional construction of "Li Congrong" in southeastErn Qiandong into the construction of the "General Specifications of the New Land-Sea Corridor in the West", and focus on supporting the construction of infrastructure interconnection projects such as the Rongjiang-Rong'an Expressway, the reconstruction and expansion of Liping Airport, and the integration of avionics in Duliujiang.
