Cui Jie believes that the construction and development of the Bay Area is a grand undertaking that requires continuous investment and updating and iteration, and the most important thing is that the Bay Area also needs to maintain a huge attraction to global capital, talents and various production factors, and to create such an atmosphere environment, only by starting from the construction of "culture" is the long-term solution.

As the "first good district", Futian District's development history is very representative, and it has strong comprehensive advantages in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. However, in the survey, Cui Jie found that everyone generally reflects that the surrounding cultural atmosphere and international atmosphere are still slightly lacking; in terms of personal culture and leisure, the most reflected problem is the serious shortage of bookstores and cultural creativity, and the quality of concerts, exhibitions, and museums needs to be improved. Many Hong Kong and Macao people have particularly pointed out that they hope to start a business in Shenzhen, but it is difficult to retrieve the information they need from official channels such as government websites, and no focal point department can provide fast consultation and answers and assistance docking services in the process of handling matters.

In this regard, Cui Jie suggested that to further improve the quality and efficiency of government services, improve the user experience of government websites, simplify procedures, and clarify the handling process, the key is to strengthen policy publicity through various channels. In close connection with the people of Hong Kong and Macao, it is proposed to build an "easy-to-do" platform for Hong Kong and Macao people; set up a special service window and Cantonese-speaking staff to implement one-stop services; further strengthen the downstream docking mechanism for Hong Kong and Macao people to start a business in Shenzhen, so as to provide further convenience for Hong Kong and Macao people to come to Shenzhen to live and work in peace and contentment.

In addition, he also suggested that futian's historical and cultural resources should be excavated in depth, further enriching the city's cultural menu, and further showing the style of the central vitality area. At the same time, we will strengthen foreign cultural exchanges and multi-level dialogue among civilizations, form a new media matrix for foreign publicity, and tell the stories of Futian, the Bay Area and China, so as to form a good public opinion atmosphere for accelerating the construction of the cultural soft power highland of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
