Prince Naladipo was born in 1946 as the sixth child of King Sihanoukville, the fifth eldest of sons. Prince Naladipo's biological mother was Princess Monigasan. Princess Monigaysan was the third concubine of King Sihanouk and the younger daughter of King Moniwang. King Moniwang was the grandfather of King Sihanouk.
Poor Princess Monigasan was red-faced and died in childbirth, giving birth to only Prince Naladipo. Prince Naladipo was raised by his aunt Princess Poonsan Moni. Princess Pong San Moni was the second concubine of King Sihanouk, and she bore him seven children.
Princess Bonsam Moni herself has seven children, how much can she love Prince Naradipo? Moreover, Princess Moni of Pong San and Princess Naladipo's biological mother, Princess Moni Ghaishan, are half-sisters and lovers.
However, the loss of his mother since childhood did not affect the personality of Prince Naradipo, who was extremely cheerful, and he learned dance from his half-sister Princess Pahua Devi from an early age, although Prince Naradipo's dance was amateur, but he could also reach a professional level.
Around the age of 12, Prince Naladipo, along with his older brother Prince Yuwana and younger brother Prince Kemanulak, was sent to China by his father, Prince Sihanouk, to study. Prince Yuwana and Prince Kemanurak were both born to Princess Bonshan Moni.
Since then, Prince Naradipo has been in China from primary school to university, and the wise Prince Naradipo has learned to speak Chinese soon after he arrived in China, he has excellent grades, never puts up a prince frame, respects teachers, loves classmates, and he also modestly says, don't call me prince, just call me by my name or call me Little Sixth Son. I'm the sixth oldest in the family.
Prince Naladipo was particularly interested in history, so the school arranged a teacher for him to open a small stove to talk about history, he did not like to listen to the clan tribes of China's primitive society, liked to listen to the imperial strategy.
The Chinese side reported Prince Naladipo's excellent results to Prince Sihanouk, and Prince Sihanouk was very satisfied, so he made Prince Naladipo his successor, and said that as soon as something happened, Prince Naladipo would immediately take over.
Note that Sihanouk was a prince at that time, not a king. Because King Sihanouk was not willing to be the king of the constitutional monarchy, he resigned as prime minister and ceded the throne to his father, Prince Sulamarit. In 1960, King Sulamarit died, and King Sihanouk simply abolished the king's throne and became the head of state himself.
That is to say, Prince Sihanouk wants to pass the position of head of state to Prince Naradipo, the position of a powerful ruler, not the position of the powerless king of the current constitutional monarchy.
When Prince Naladipo returned to Cambodia for winter vacation and summer vacation, he called on the people on the radio not to kneel for themselves, to rescue fainting female students at the sports meeting, and to carry the sick and weak elderly on the street to help, and the Cambodian people affectionately called Prince Naladipo the people's prince trained for China.
When Prince Naradipo went to Peking University, Peking University was suspended because of some kind of sports. But the prince's class could not be stopped, and Peking University sent nine outstanding teachers to form a group to teach Prince Naladipo. The nine teachers took pride in teaching Prince Naradipo, and the leader of the group was jokingly called The Prince Taifu. No matter what era, the literati have a dream, that is, to become an imperial master.
Prince Naladipo's university major is Chinese language and literature, which is what we commonly call the department of Chinese. If Cambodia's future rulers graduated from Chinese departments, this is really promoting Chinese culture.
However, Prince Naladipo did not attend Peking University for four years, and Prince Sihanouk, worried about his safety, asked him to return to Cambodia. So Prince Naladipo had to drop out of school to return to Cambodia, and he was sent to France by Prince Sihanouk to study, but unfortunately France also started some kind of red guard, and Prince Naladipo was recalled to Cambodia by King Sihanouk and became the editor-in-chief of the Chinese edition of the Cambodian Daily.
It seems that Prince Naradipo has a bright future, but fate has pushed him into the bottomless abyss. In 1970, Prime Minister Lon Nol and Prince Shyimada jointly staged a coup d'état to depose Prince Sihanouk, who was visiting abroad.
Prime Minister Lon Nol also ordered the arrest of Prince Naladipo and Prince Ranari, saying that they would both be asked to pay for Prince Sihanouk's life.
But in fact, Prime Minister Lon Nol is just a barking dog that doesn't bite, he's just scaring people. Prince Ranari was ransomed with heavy sums of money by his grandmother, Empress Goshaman, who had raised him from childhood, and Prince Naradipo, who was left unattended, was sentenced to five years in prison.
See how eccentric the old grandmother is, can't she have more money to redeem Prince Naladipo? Don't say that Empress Goshaman's money is only enough to redeem a grandson, after Empress Goshaman's death, she also left a large amount of money as an inheritance to her granddaughter Princess Pahua Daivi, who spent ten years to spend the inheritance of Empress Goshaman.
In 1975, Pol Pot's Red Cambodians beat Prime Minister Lon Nol. However, Prince Naradipo did not receive good luck, but was sent to the countryside to work, and was later brutally killed in 1976.
Prince Naladipo should have been a heroic sacrifice because he dared to expose the true face of Pol Pot, who said that Pol Pot was the exclusive and first Commonus.
Some people say that It is not worth it for Naladipo to do this, it is an egg touching a stone, in the face of a brutal ruler, he does not lower his dignity to beg for life, but dares to tell the truth, is this not his own desire to live?
Naradipo's half-brother Prince Norindara and cousin Prince Chetara greatly admired Pol Pot and denounced King Sihanouk, who was under house arrest in the palace, as a feudal remnant.
Prince Chetara also made up a song to praise Pol Pot, singing every day, singing self-intoxicated, very flattering, but unfortunately Pol Pot could not hear it. What a stark contrast.

Prince Norindala, who died of illness in 2003, was eventually posthumously crowned prince, and no public information can be found on whether Prince Naladipo, who was killed in 1976, was crowned prince.
Prince Chakhapon also set up a fund in the name of his half-brother, Prince Laviwan, who died prematurely, to commemorate Prince Rawewang. I don't know if anyone donated money to the Prince Of Rawewang Foundation. Prince Rawewang defected to the Chikhamp base in order to rebel against Prime Minister Lon Nol, and died of illness in the ChiKhram base in 1972. Prince Rawewang's deeds should have little publicity value.
And Prince Naladipo is not remembered, only chinese teachers and classmates write articles to remember him.
Prince Naladipo is really likeable, he is kind and gentle, approachable, proficient in Chinese culture, he is not afraid in the face of power, he exposes the true face of Pol Pot, and he is not afraid of being killed. His ingenuity and bravery can indeed be an idol of young people.
There are not many photographs of Prince Naladipo circulating in the world, and many of the authors who wrote about him used photographs of his brother Prince Sihamoni to impersonate him. Prince Naradipo's appearance was not as beautiful as that of Prince Sihamoni, but his big eyes were innocent and kind, and only the thick lips destroyed his overall beauty. Prince Naradipo is pure Cambodian, so his appearance is very Cambodian, with dark skin and thick lips.
Prince Naradipo can sing and dance, his peacock dance is admired by his classmates, and he also bows politely after the performance. He also often performed and sang to his classmates, and he sang it in Chinese. Prince Naladipo was introverted, speaking Sven, not smiling or talking, never quarreling with his classmates, and was ten thousand times better than the Han Jing Emperor who smashed the Prince of Wu guo with a chess board because he played chess.
Prince Naladipo Chinese so good that even Chinese could not catch up with him. When he was in middle school, when his friends visited the 13 Tombs together, he met his middle school teacher, who explained to his friends the excavated cultural relics of Dingling, which made his teachers feel very amazed.
It is a pity that a prince who can write and dance and sing and dance was killed by Pol Pot. If he had lived to this day, he would have written a strong mark in history, and the Sihanouk family would not have lost the right to rule Cambodia.
Some people say that the struggle between Prince Ranari and Hong Chengxiang, as the successor of Prince Sihanouk, Prince Lanarye lost too badly, so that the Sihanouk family lost the last chance to control Cambodia.
However, Prince Ranarit was not trained as a successor from an early age, and Prince Ranari's profession was law. The prince who was trained as a successor was Prince Naradipo! The reason why Chinese secondary school teachers gave Prince Naladipo a small stove to study history and talk about imperial strategy is because he will be able to use this historical knowledge in the future.
Unfortunately, Prince Naradipo was killed by Pol Pot before he could show his talents and strategies, which was really a mistake by Pol Pot, who helped Hong Cheng to eliminate a potential enemy.
If Prince Naradipo had not been killed by Pol Pot, today he would certainly be in the position of Prince Of Ranari and fighting with Hong Cheng for real power over Cambodia. Unfortunately, Naladipo did not have the opportunity to step onto the stage of history, and everything about him was ruined by Pol Pot.
