(1) The growth rate of major indicators is both higher than that of the whole country, and the scale of online retail sales has jumped to the 7th place in the country for the first time.

The online retail sales of the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone reached 594.89 billion yuan, accounting for 88.9%, and the South Sichuan Economic Zone and the Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone achieved online retail sales of 33.92 billion yuan and 22.36 billion yuan respectively, accounting for 5.1% and 3.3% respectively. The growth rate of online retail sales in the Panxi Economic Zone and the Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone led the five regions, with an increase of 31.2% and 30.4% respectively.

Chengdu's online retail sales reached 493.48 billion yuan, accounting for 69.8% of the province's total. Leshan, Mianyang, Deyang and Meishan followed, with 32.66 billion yuan, 27.5 billion yuan, 16.99 billion yuan and 13.37 billion yuan respectively. Dazhou, Deyang and Yibin ranked 2, 2 and 1 respectively, accounting for an increase of 1.0, 0.3 and 0.1 percentage points respectively in 2020, and the growth rate of physical online retail sales reached 159.7%, 53% and 49.7% respectively. At the same time, the ranking of physical online retail sales in Deyang and Liangshan Prefecture increased by 4 and 1 places respectively compared with 2020, and the ranking of service-oriented online retail sales in Dazhou and Nanchong increased by 2 and 1 places respectively compared with 2020.

Sichuan's rural online retail sales reached 192.18 billion yuan, an increase of 32.3% year-on-year, 5.4 percentage points higher than the country, accounting for 4.6% of the national rural online retail sales. The transaction volume of live broadcasting on the whole network was 78.13 billion yuan, an increase of 82.4% year-on-year, and the number of live broadcast viewers increased by 248.4% year-on-year, of which the transaction volume of Taobao live broadcast was 54.38 billion yuan, an increase of 164.7% year-on-year. Among them, exports were 67.35 billion yuan, an increase of 78.5% year-on-year, and imports were 2.74 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 65.0%; the total transaction volume of Chengdu, Luzhou, Deyang and Mianyang cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test areas was 68.53 billion yuan, 700 million yuan, 410 million yuan and 450 million yuan, respectively. There are nearly 2,300 cross-border e-commerce record-filing enterprises in the province, and Deyang, Mianyang, Nanchong and Yibin have become new cross-border e-commerce retail import cities.
