Wang Laobo's family lives on the first floor of Building 99 in Panxi New Village, just next to the wall. According to Wang Laobo, after years of road reconstruction, the Shangshayuan Branch Road is much higher than the road inside Panxi New Village, and over time, the wall shows signs of tilting to the lower side of the road. Seeing that the wall was deepening and tilting every day, Wang Laobo came to the Pan'er community and reported the situation to the community staff. The community staff immediately went to the scene with Wang Laobo to check the situation of the wall. Through on-site visits, it was learned that there were indeed serious safety hazards in the wall and needed to be solved in a timely manner.

When Wang Laobo raised relevant issues on the social situation and public opinion contact day, Fan Jianjun, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wumenqiao Street, immediately said that he would solve this "heart matter" that caused trouble to residents' lives as soon as possible. Fan Jianjun said that the street and the community will propose a solution at the first time: "We will contact the property company to assess the wall as soon as possible, and will solve the actual problems as soon as possible to ensure the safety of the people's lives." ”

The community also raised the practical difficulties of solving the problem at this stage in a timely manner. Through communication with Youlian Property Company, a property company affiliated to Panxi New Village, it is necessary for the property company to take the lead and hire a professional third party to build the original wall and re-build a wall.

After multi-party communication and coordination, the construction team entered the community on January 13, 2022 and began construction work. At present, the wall has been torn down, and after the wall is torn down, the roads on both sides of the wall are exposed, and the construction personnel exclaim: The road on both sides has been more than one meter apart!
