The meeting proposed that all towns (streets) should resolutely dismantle a number of new typical cases of "two violations" of homesteads with serious circumstances before the end of February.
From eliminating backward production capacity enterprises to forcibly demolishing new "two violations", from disposing of dangerous old factory properties to rectifying rural homesteads, the Joint Law Enforcement Corps and the Tough Team of the Nanhai District acted quickly to continuously and actively expand the scope of action and promote the in-depth development of rectification work.
The charge horn urged people to forge ahead, and the Lishui Commando Team of the South China Sea Xiongshi Division took the lead in putting on the battlefield, aiming at the key and difficult problems in the comprehensive improvement of land in the whole region, and opening the prelude to the new "two violations" of the concentrated rectification of residential land in the whole region with practical actions.
Wang Yong, deputy secretary of the Nanhai District Party Committee and mayor of the district, said at the event site that the state has strict legal provisions and clear guidance requirements for land construction, and the indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land and illegal construction of forest land is a violation of the law and an infringement on social fairness, and it is necessary to promote the "two violations" disposal work with strict administrative law enforcement.
"In the process of 'two violations' demolition and law enforcement, the South China Sea will enforce the law in a civilized manner in accordance with the provisions of the law, and strictly implement the relevant laws and regulations and the detailed rules for their implementation." Wang Yong said that next, the South China Sea will establish a strict supervision system, for state-owned land, collective land, homesteads, all buildings must be regularly assigned responsibilities, carry out inspections, find problems in a timely manner, and dismantle and punish at the fastest speed.
"If there is a violation of relevant regulations and violent resistance to the law, severe punishment will not be given." Wang Yong said: The South China Sea must show good work style and discipline, show the courage of the south China Sea's heroic teachers, and resolutely win the hard battle of "two violations" and rectification.
