In terms of branding, it is necessary to actively promote the application of the "Haisi Family" city IP and the brand identity of the ancient city, normalize the "Haisi Quanzhou" digital cultural and creative expo, plan and hold the "Double Li" commemorative activities of Li Yan and Li Shutong, and create a world heritage cultural tourism brand with the characteristics of Licheng.
