The building is located next to the Kaiqiao Middle School Board Commemoration 80th Anniversary Building, covering an area of 2,000 square meters, with a height of three floors, and an estimated investment of more than 10 million yuan. After the completion of the building, it will be leased as the property of Kaiqiao Middle School, and the proceeds will be used as teaching scholarships.
