Recently, the National Photovoltaic Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center Conference was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan Province. This conference aims to build an exchange and cooperation platform for photovoltaic equipment and process experts, scholars and enterprises, further pulse the industry trends, jointly discuss the technological upgrading and innovation of the next generation of photovoltaic equipment, and promote the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry. The meeting announced the list of the third management committee and technical committee of the National Photovoltaic Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and Zhang Guangchun, vice president of Canadian Solar Power Group Co., Ltd., was hired as the director of the new technical committee of the National Photovoltaic Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center. Mr. Zhang Guangchun has more than 25 years of R&D and management experience in the field of photovoltaics, and has served as an expert of major project experts of the Ministry of Science and Technology for many years and a vice chairman of the National Solar Photovoltaic Energy System Standardization Technical Committee; he has undertaken a number of provincial and ministerial major scientific research projects and won a number of scientific and technological achievement awards and industry development and standard formulation contribution awards. He is currently a technical advisory expert of China Photovoltaic Industry Association, a vice chairman of the Standardization Technical Committee of China Photovoltaic Industry Association, the chairman of SEMI China Photovoltaic Standards Technical Committee, and an expert of IEC TC82 Standard Standard Committee.
