Recently, the fifth batch of the "Zhuoxin Big Data Plan" of the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology (the first batch in 2022) was selected as one of the hundred member units, and Sichuan Cover Media Technology Co., Ltd. was selected.
It is understood that the "Zhuoxin Big Data Plan" carried out a total of 4 batches (100 per batch) of member units in 2021, and has completed all the audits in December 2021, and announced the list of four batches of member units.
In 2022, as the starting year for various industries to implement data security capabilities, Zhuoxin Big Data Plan continues to uphold the purpose of improving the data security capabilities of the whole industry, accelerates the pace of audits, and has completed the audit of the fifth batch (the first batch in 2022) member units.
In January 2022, the State Council issued a notice on the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy. The notice clearly puts forward the central idea that the whole industry should improve the level of data security and protection. As the core resource of the digital economy and information society, data is considered to be another important production factor after land, labor, capital and technology, which plays an important role in the digital transformation of enterprises and has a profound impact on national governance capabilities, economic operation mechanisms, and social lifestyles.
At the same time, the importance of data security is becoming more and more prominent. Adopting strict regulatory measures in accordance with the law to ensure data security is conducive to laying a solid security foundation for the development of the digital economy and escorting national security and public interests.
In order to promote the more secure storage, use and sharing of data in all walks of life, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "China Academy of Information and Communications Technology") officially launched the "Zhuoxin Big Data Plan" in early 2021 after extensively listening to the opinions and suggestions of all parties, aiming to help enterprises improve their data security capabilities and promote the healthier and sustainable development of the mainland's digital economy by launching multi-level guidance measures and basic services.
