Yang Zhihua, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Chemical Engineering of Anhui University of Science and Technology, told the Huaihe Morning Post and Huainan Network reporter that the "Voice of Chuhuai" urban study room is a cultural place jointly built by the School of Chemical Engineering of Anhui University of Science and Technology, the Municipal Civilization Office, and the Municipal Garden Construction Office, and is a regional cultural education project of Anhui University of Science and Technology, and also a practice base for promoting Chuhuai culture. They hope that through the construction of the study room, while improving the cultural literacy and practical ability of college students, they will spread the regional culture of Huainan, inherit the excellent regional civilization, and create an influential reading culture brand.

The "Voice of Chuhuai" City Study Room has recently begun to be open to the public free of charge, and the public can enter the study room at any time to read.
