On January 20, Chongqing Video 120 System - "Yushi Rescue" was officially launched. The newly launched "Yushi Rescue" Chongqing "Video 120" is a project led by the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, independently developed by the Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, and jointly organized and implemented by China Telecom Chongqing Company and Chongqing Emergency Sight Fly rescue technology development co., Ltd. Among them, China Telecom Chongqing Company Medical Cloud Zone provides safe and reliable cloud computing capabilities for the system, and connects with the Chongqing 120 emergency dispatching platform built by the former China Telecom Chongqing Company to form a global linkage.
In the future, in addition to the traditional telephone call mode, Chongqing 120 calls will increase the conversion function of conventional telephone alarm to video alarm. After the citizen dials the 120 call, the 120 dispatcher will send the video call link to the SMS, and click to automatically jump to the WeChat Mini Program to start. Medical staff can judge the condition through video and provide professional emergency guidance to win valuable rescue time for patients.
Specifically, through the video, you can timely and intuitively understand the patient's condition, make judgments and accurate and effective on-site self-help and mutual rescue first aid guidance for on-site personnel, and you can also send first-aid standard operation videos to on-site personnel, which provides more scientific and effective methods and means for the success of on-site rescue and treatment, and can also realize online training of daily first-aid knowledge.

"At present, Chongqing has built a '120 first aid network' covering the whole city, and has launched a new Chongqing smart emergency command and dispatch center, which has raised the first aid capability and level to a new level." Li Pan, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, said at the launching ceremony that the use of the video 120 system also marks that the Chongqing 120 emergency system has entered a new stage of intelligence, which can provide better protection for the people's healthy life cycle and whole chain.
It is understood that with the official launch of the Chongqing video 120 system, it will be used in 32 120 dispatching command centers in the city, covering more than 30 million people in the city. The integration of the new 120 video self-rescue and mutual rescue system with the traditional 120 alarm telephone will be an innovation of important milestone in the development of Chongqing's pre-hospital emergency development.
