The 14th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Qingyun County successfully completed its agenda and closed successfully on the afternoon of the 19th.
The meeting shall be attended by 242 delegates, and the actual number shall be 235, which shall meet the prescribed number.

The members of the Bureau of the General Assembly took their seats at the rostrum. Liu Tao, Lu Deshan, Li Yong, Yang Quanhua, Li Wei, Liu Guozhong, Li Zhen, Qiao Yuhua, Yao Yafei, Zhao Feng, Zhou Yanhui, Li Hongwei, Zhang Mingyao, and Yao Rongguo were seated in the front row of the rostrum.
Under the supervision of the superintendent voter and the scrutineer, the delegates attending the meeting voted by secret ballot to elect members, alternate members and members of the County Discipline Inspection Commission of Qingyun County of the Communist Party of China; and elected the delegates to the 16th Party Congress of the city.
After voting, the congress elected 39 members of the 14th Committee of the Communist Party of China in Qingyun County, 8 alternate members, 23 members of the County Discipline Inspection Commission, and 24 delegates to the 16th Municipal Party Congress.
The meeting unanimously adopted the "Resolution of the Fourteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Qingyun County on the Report of the Thirteenth County Party Committee," the "Resolution of the Fourteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Qingyun County on the Work Report of the Thirteenth County Discipline Inspection Commission," and the "Resolution of the Fourteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Qingyun County on the Report on the Collection, Use, and Management of Party Fees in the County."
After successfully completing the agenda of the conference, Comrade Liu Tao delivered a speech. He said: The congress comprehensively summed up the achievements made in party building and economic and social development in Qingyun County over the past five years, conscientiously analyzed the problems and deficiencies existing in the current work, and clearly defined the guiding ideology, goals of struggle, work priorities, and measures for the next five years. After full deliberation and democratic election, the congress also produced the 14th Cpc Qingyun County Committee, the 14th CPC Qingyun County Discipline Inspection Committee, and the delegates to the 16th Party Congress of Dezhou City.
