Sichuan is the first pilot province of collaborative management of low-altitude airspace in mainland China, and is a major province in the national aviation industry. Zigong has more than 1600 square kilometers of height below 2400 meters below the height of "Chuan xie no. 5" airspace, Zigong Fengming general airport has become the first batch of (13), the core bearing area of the only civil unmanned aerial aviation pilot zone in the southwest, to achieve visual autonomous flight between cities, to carry out manned aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles in the same field integration operation, the amount of operation ranks in the forefront of the national general aviation airports. At present, Zigong is taking Fengming Airport and Sichuan Association No. 5 airspace as the core, and constantly attracting the advantages of general aviation enterprises gathered in Chengdu and Chongqing to settle in Zigong Aviation Industrial Park, which is of great significance to promoting the transformation and upgrading of Zigong industry and promoting the high-quality development of Sichuan's general aviation industry.

To this end, I suggest that we further expand the scope of the existing low-altitude airspace pilot, promote the pilot reform of the collaborative operation and management of low-altitude airspace from Chengdu to Zigong to Chongqing; suggest increasing the low-altitude visual channels from Zigong to Chongqing and other cities; improve the area and height of the "Sichuan Association No. 5" collaborative airspace; support zigong to normalize the holding of unmanned aerial vehicles and general aviation exhibitions, support Zigong to develop "general aviation +" diversified application scenarios, drive the rapid development of Sichuan general aviation production, training, tourism, sports, rescue, exploration and other industries, and promote the rapid development of military, ground, civilian, and other industries.
