Su Rong: The elderly in my family are more "fashionable", like to "taste the early", and are willing to use various mobile phone APPS. However, there are some friends in the surrounding family who are more resistant and feel that it is very troublesome to use. I also found many problems in the process of research, which seriously discouraged the enthusiasm of the elderly to operate mobile phones.
Chuan Xiaoxuan: In your opinion, what are the most prominent problems in the aging of APP at present?
Su Rong: At present, the aging transformation of many APPS does not really take into account the needs of the elderly, most of the APP only did the upgrade of the first-level interface "font amplification", and there are still many problems such as hidden entrances, complex operations, and many advertisements. While the age-appropriate version of the APP has been questioned about the discomfort of the elderly, there are even more elderly people who do not know that there is an old version in the mobile phone application.
Chuan Xiaoxuan: Age-appropriate transformation makes the APP interface more concise and less advertised, and advertising is a major source of revenue for enterprises, which is one of the reasons why some enterprises have perfunctory changes to aging. What do you think about this phenomenon?
Su Rong: Enterprises should actively assume social responsibility and cannot carry out product development based on pure business interests. At the same time, more supporting policies to keep up, the "Action Plan" clarifies the obligations of enterprises, there is no corresponding incentive policy, only grant, continue or revoke the information accessibility mark this measure, has no substantive effect, can not become an effective driving force for enterprises to invest in innovation and research and development. It is recommended to revise the Action Plan or formulate corresponding supporting policies to identify, cultivate and support manufacturers of ageing products, and encourage and guide manufacturers to provide products that meet the diverse needs of the elderly. Su Rong: I think we should start from 5 aspects to make the APP aging transformation deep and detailed.
1. Enhance understanding and implement responsibilities: All regulatory departments should fully understand the importance of the digital divide to enhance the well-being of the people, and the evaluation and test collection stage must clarify the working institutions and responsible persons, formulate scientific and reasonable evaluation plans, and effectively promote the fair, just and orderly development of evaluation work.
2. Scientific evaluation to promote construction: In the process of evaluating the first batch of ageing and barrier-free transformation websites and the first batch of ageing and barrier-free transformation APP in the "Action Plan", it is necessary to summarize the work results in a timely manner, publicly release the evaluation results, and timely guide and urge enterprises that are not in place to implement the requirements of ageing and barrier-free construction, transformation and optimization.
3, set a benchmark, increase publicity: At present, many elderly people do not know the existence of the mobile phone application for the old version, need to widely mobilize the media, through tv public service advertisements, news, vibrato and other traditional and emerging media, to jointly publicize the progress and achievements of aging. 4. Supporting policies, soft and hard combination: do a good job in APP aging transformation, help the elderly adapt to the digital way of survival, is the embodiment of social respect for the elderly, but also the social obligations of Internet companies. 5, refuse advertising, strict punishment for violations: According to the results of media research, in the process of promoting the ageing APP, the elderly are most worried about Internet inducement and advertising fraud. It is recommended that during the evaluation process, focus on checking this indicator to ensure that the ageing APP no longer has an advertising plug-in, especially the payment operation can not set any induced buttons, so that all kinds of special groups can be used conveniently and safely. In order to strengthen the implementation, it is recommended to revise the Action Plan and severely punish enterprises that have similar illegal operations.
