The Seventh Oil Production Class in the Fourth Operation Area of the First Oil Production Plant was established in March 1962, formerly known as the Seventh Oil Production Team of the Fourth Oil Mine. In the early days of its establishment, with the management requirements of "cadres must understand production and management, the contingent must have a militarized style, everyone must be tough, and production management must create a high level" as the management requirement, the level of production management has been continuously improved, and since the period of socialist labor competition, it has created standards and won medals, and has won the silver medal and bronze medal award of the Ministry of Petroleum.
In the 1990s, with the mission of "building a first-class leadership team, cultivating a first-class staff team, and achieving a first-class management level", we continued to strengthen the basic work, the overall quality of the team continued to improve, and the production management level improved year by year. For 17 consecutive years (1985-2001), it was rated as the advanced unit of double civilization of Daqing Petroleum Administration and the First Oil Production Plant, and has won 2 gold medal teams, 5 silver medal teams and 2 bronze medal teams of the management bureau, and won more than 50 honors above the factory level.
However, in the 21st century, due to the increase in production scale and personnel tension, the management level was once stagnant, and the aura gradually dimmed. However, the people of Zhongqi have never gone with the flow, and "restoring the old tradition and reshaping the new benchmark" has always been the most desired goal in the hearts of the cadres and employees of the seventh class.
In 2021, the Zhongqi oil production class proposed to take "casting a firm post responsibility system, tempering a strict and good style" as the guide, with "striving to move forward, forever creating a benchmark" as the core concept, inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition, with the goal of "strong branch support, team progress, water-driven fine potential mining, accurate prevention and control of losses, and all indicators are excellent", comprehensively restoring the old tradition and comprehensively improving the management level. After a year of unremitting efforts, the acceptance of the factory benchmarking team was successfully completed at the beginning of this year.
This year is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the seventh class, the whole class will take the word "strict" as the head, the word "real" as the bottom, cast the post responsibility system, inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the older generation, continue to promote the benchmarking team to reshape the work, dare to make breakthroughs, bravely move forward, and always step on the road of progress.
