Large-scale amusement facilities refer to manned amusement facilities that operate in business premises with a height of 2 meters or more, or a running line speed of 2 meters or more per second.
The Osprey Mine Vehicle in Sunac Yule Town, Shapingba District, has a building height of about 40 meters and a total operating length of more than 700 meters. For such large special equipment, safety inspections will be particularly meticulous.
In addition to the mechanical indicators inside and outside the car, whether the FIBERGLA box of the car seat is damaged, cracked and burred, and whether the seat belt is intact and effective, is also an important part of the inspection.
According to the inspectors, the maximum speed of such equipment will reach about 60 kilometers per hour when running. To park safely and stably in a predetermined position, precise control of the braking system is critical.
In addition to the inspection of equipment safety, the on-site staff also focused on spot checking the daily operation records of the control room, as well as equipment file data.
It is understood that according to the requirements of the market supervision department, before large-scale special equipment is put into use, it is necessary to register for use, and the operators must hold a certificate to work. In addition, the operating agency should also formulate a corresponding first-aid plan and carry out regular drills.
According to the regulations, during the operation of large-scale amusement facilities, the user unit should implement the trial operation and routine safety inspection before the daily use. On this basis, weekly, monthly and annual inspections should also be carried out to ensure that the equipment is used during the validity period of the inspection.
According to the market supervision department, there are currently 718 large-scale amusement facilities put into use in the city.
In the process of this inspection, if hidden dangers or equipment that does not meet safety requirements are found, they will be ordered to be deactivated, and units that do not implement the safety management system and do not meet the requirements of personnel conditions will be suspended for rectification.
