Dakar Rally
As the first international event to start the year, the Dakar Rally naturally receives a lot of attention. The 2022 Dakar Rally started on time in Saudi Arabia on January 1, and the two-week race also came to an end recently.
A total of 578 cars participated this year, including 149 motorcycles, 97 cars, 58 trucks, 21 quad bikes, and 148 cars and trucks in the classic group.
The biggest attraction this year was the addition of Audi, which used the new electric drive audi RS Q e-tron to compete in the additional T1-U group competition, and won 4 stages in this year's schedule, creating a new history of Dakar rally.
This year, a total of 9 Chinese drivers and navigators participated, including 3 cars and 3 motorcycles.
Formula One World Championship in Formula One, F1
There will be 23 Grands Prix in F1 2022, including the opening F1 Bahrain Grand Prix, which will be held on 18-20 March and the final F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which will be held on 18-20 November. The F1 Miami Grand Prix, the first grand prix to enter the calendar, will be held on May 6-8 after being certified by the FIA Circuit.
The F1 Chinese Grand Prix is still not on the calendar, but our Chinese driver Zhou Guanyu will participate in this year's competition, which is worth looking forward to. At the same time, I also hope to see Zhou Guanyu's game at home in Shanghai as soon as possible.
WRC World Rally Championship
After unremitting efforts, the number of WRC games in the 2022 season has increased from the initial nine to 13, an increase of one compared to last year. New Zealand is back on the race calendar, but there is still one race to be determined. The opener, the Monte Carlo Rally, will begin on 20 January.
WEC World Endurance Championship
WEC has basically maintained the scale of last year's races, with seven races throughout the year, the annual opening race Bailing 1000 mile endurance race will open on March 18, and the core race Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race will be held on June 11-12. The finale was the 8 Hours of Bahrain on 12 November.
MotoGP World MotoGP Championship
MotoGP's current 2022 calendar has a total of 21 races, one more than the 2021 season. The first game of the year was Qatar on March 6, and the final match was Valencia on November 6.
FE Formula E World Championships
In 2022, Formula E will be competing for Season 8, with 16 races on the currently established calendar, but since FE is a street race, the variables are the largest of all the races.
And in the foreseeable 2023, Maserati will join the competition for THE 9th season of FE as a factory team, which will also be the first Italian brand to enter FE.
