For example, in July, henan experienced extreme rainstorms, and crops in some areas were seriously affected, while in the Guanzhong region of Shaanxi Province, there was a high temperature of 41 °C; since September, there have been multiple rounds of rainy weather in the northern part of the southwest region, the eastern part of the northwest region, the northern part of the North China, the northern Part of the Huanghuai region, and the southern part of the Northeast Region, resulting in excessive wet soil, local farmland water, and obstruction of autumn harvest and autumn planting in some areas.
In the face of sudden and serious disasters, farmers' cooperatives, family farms and other new agricultural business entities have overcome difficulties together, given full play to the advantages of technology, information, and markets, actively produced and guaranteed supply, and carried out various ways of self-help to minimize the losses of members and farmers. For example, the kiwi fruit of the Monkey Baby Bridge Fruit Industry Professional Cooperative in Meixian County, Shaanxi Province, was severely burned and the fruit fell off, facing the risk of reducing the yield by 5% to 30%, in order to ensure the interests of fruit farmers, Zhu Jihong, senior agronomist, meixian specially hired agricultural technician, and chairman of the cooperative, inspected the orchard in time and proposed the technical specifications of the "four changes and five upgrades" of kiwifruit and the pruning method of "one pole and two vines", and carried out training one by one for towns and villages with serious daily fever of kiwifruit, holding more than 30 training courses and more than 2,800 training sessions for fruit farmers. The demonstration radiation has led to the implementation of the "four reforms and five upgrading" technical measures of 30,000 mu in qinghua, Hengqu and Huaiya areas, and minimized the losses of fruit farmers. When dealing with the crisis of flood disasters, new agricultural business entities such as farmers' cooperatives and family farms have fully carried forward the spirit of watching out for each other and making selfless contributions, and donated materials and warmth to party members and cadres on the frontline of flood control and the masses in disaster areas. For example, the staff of the Dali County Fruit Farmers and Fruit Professional Cooperative drove to the Dali County Rural Water Supply Station and the Luohe River Flood Control Embankment to send condolences to the personnel fighting in the frontline of flood prevention. In view of the impact of the flood situation on the new agricultural business entities, all sectors of society have also extended a helping hand to farmers' cooperatives and family farms to help them rebuild after the disaster and resume production as soon as possible. For example, with the strong policy support of the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance such as the discounted interest discount guarantee fee, Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. and the Agricultural Bank of Hunan Province launched a new product of "Huinong Dan - Disaster Relief Loan", aiming to build a three-party cooperative disaster relief loan system of finance, banking and guarantee, and play a combination of disaster relief and huinong.
