It is understood that the offender, Gao Moumou, is 46 years old and a native of Wanwu Town, Fu'an City. From December 30, 2021 to January 12, 2022, Mr. Gao, without the permission of the public security organs, operated a hotel in a village in Wanwu Town, Fu'an City, without obtaining a special industry license, and provided rental accommodation for passengers at a price of 70 yuan per day for single rooms and 80 yuan per day for double rooms, during which the cumulative profit was 2540 yuan, and on January 12, 2022, the hotel was seized by the police of Wanwu Police Station.

Because Mr. Gao did not obtain the permission of the public security organs, the unauthorized operation of the hotel has constituted the unauthorized operation of the hotel business without the public security permit. According to the relevant regulations, the police imposed an administrative detention of 10 days and a fine of 500 yuan on the offender Gao X in accordance with the law, and at the same time recovered the administrative punishment of 2540 yuan of illegal gains.
