Fudehe is the old shop number of Baotou City's pastry industry, which embodies the superb skills of the older generation of craftsmen and also pins on the hopes of the majority of consumers.

When Fudehe opened, there were already pastry shops on Baotou Street, such as Fu Sanyuan, Maoshengyuan, Sanxingcheng, and Xiangshengzhai. However, The fame of Fudehe soon surpassed that of other pastry shops, and people were willing to taste Fudehe's pastries, and the important reason for this was that it had its own set of business characteristics. These features are:

One: high quality and fine art. Fudehe's pastries are purchased from other places at high prices using raw materials, and all the oils used are small sesame oils and large oils purchased from Beijing. In addition to peach kernels, dried grapes, and four preserved fruits (peaches, pears, fruits, and apricots), the dim sum filling should also be filled with yuan meat, cherries, melon strips, etc. There can be no shortage of this and that. To make Beijing cake, it must be the best red fruit, and the red fruit is not used at all, so the Beijing cake made is not bad for several years.
