In terms of strengthening health security, 15.84 billion yuan of funds will be arranged in 2022, accounting for 4.6% of the provincial general public budget expenditure. Environmental issues have attracted much attention, and in 2022, 12.99 billion yuan of funds will be arranged to support ecological and environmental protection, of which 5.99 billion yuan will be arranged for pollution prevention and control funds, and the battle against pollution will be fought in depth, supporting the improvement of carbon neutral monitoring capabilities at the peak of carbon, and promoting the optimization of the layout of the environmental protection industry.
