On January 5, 2022, the Classic Literature Network issued a "Circular on Commending the Top Ten Figures of 2021". Hu Zunyuan, vice president of Anhui Jinzhai Cadre College, director of the Party History and Local History Research Office of the Cpc Jinzhai County Committee, and director of the archives, was once again commended by the network as one of the "Top Ten Elite Writers".
In order to cultivate literary elites, shape management teams, carry forward traditional culture, and create literary classics, Classic Literature Network has established this selection system since 2017, commending 30 "Top Ten Elite Moderators", "Top Ten Elite Poets" and "Top Ten Elite Writers" every year. It is understood that this is the fifth time that Hu Zunyuan has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Elite Writers" since the establishment of the system on the Classic Literature Network.

He is the director of the Local History Research Office and the director of the Archives, the vice president and secretary general of the Jinzhai County Red Army and the New Fourth Army Historical Research Association; the member of the Lu'an City Writers Association, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a member of the Party History Education Propaganda Group; a member of the Anhui Provincial Writers Association, a member of the Party History Education Propaganda Group; a special researcher of the Anhui Provincial Museum of Literature and History; a member of the "TourIng Lecture Group" of the Demonstration Class of Outstanding Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Anhui Province; and a visiting professor of Hefei College, Anhui Foreign Chinese College, and Marxism College of Hefei University of Technology.
In November 2021, Comrade Hu Zunyuan was rated as "National Advanced Individual in Grassroots Theoretical Propaganda" by the Central Propaganda Department. In recent years, Hu Zunyuan has been awarded the honorary titles of "Advanced Worker in the National Archives System", "Advanced Individual in Grassroots Theoretical Propaganda in the Province", "Advanced Individual in Cultural System Reform", "Advanced Individual in Radio, Film and Television System", "Outstanding CPPCC Member of Lu'an City", "Winner of the May Day Labor Medal" and other honorary titles by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Archives Bureau, the Propaganda Department of the Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, and other departments.
Hu Zunyuan has long been engaged in the research of local party history and military history and news propaganda and text work, and has published more than 1,000 news, papers, and articles in various media at all levels. In recent years, more than 600 documentary literary works have been published in more than 60 newspapers and periodicals with public distribution above CN, such as the People's Political Consultative Conference Daily, the China Discipline Inspection and Supervision Daily, the Study Times, the People's Liberation Army Daily, the Motherland, the Iron Army, the Soul of China, the Centennial Tide, the Military Shi Lin, the Biography of a Character, the North and South of the Great River, and the Overview of Party History. He has won gold, silver, special and first prizes in national literary creation competitions and paper selection activities for many times; "Red Golden Village" co-edited by him has won the special award of the province's "Five Ones" project.
Hu Zunyuan has edited dozens of red books, such as "History of Jinzhai County of the Communist Party of China (1949-1978)", "Chronicle of Jinzhai County (1949-2007)", "Anhui Red Historical Memory Series--- Red Jinzhai (Volume)", "August Laurel Flowers BloomIng Everywhere (Jinzhai Red Culture Series)", "The Story of the Initial Heart of General County" and so on.
Many mainstream media, such as China National Defense Daily, Guangming Daily, Anhui Daily, Youth Times, Iron Army, Motherland, Shenzhou, and New Youth, have successively made special reports on Hu Zunyuan's work and advanced deeds.
