According to the agreement, the "Blockchain-based Regional Medical and Health Digital Collaborative Sharing Platform" integrates and applies key core technologies such as regulatory blockchain, trusted execution environment, and behavior-based digital identity system, and realizes the sharing of online and offline, in-hospital and out-of-hospital medical and health data, as well as the trusted storage, compliance sharing and full-process traceability of health and medical big data through the construction of digital physician identity authentication platform, electronic prescription circulation platform, and drug traceability platform.
The platform construction includes H.OS medical and health big data operating system, regional medical and health application system, regional medical and health collaboration system, etc.
H.OS medical and health big data operating system is the targeted practice of the open platform "Chain Shanghai South" (SSC+) previously built by Hainan in the field of medical and health, and is a set of "on-line core on-chain" digital infrastructure built by integrating the application of blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things and other technologies. The system has the functions of full life cycle data supervision, new data confirmation, privacy protection and so on. In addition, it can also be based on the incentive mechanism of trusted points, so that the data is available and invisible.
