With the end of our IVL League Fall Tournament, a tournament about the honors of the fifth person in the world is about to kick off: The Call of the Abyss. As an annual event, the call of the abyss is the fifth personality gold content and the highest sense of honor of the competition, this year is the fifth call of the abyss (hereinafter referred to as COA5), let's take a look at the abyss of the event process.
COA5 is divided into three phases: the in-game gala stage, the online qualifier stage, and the global finals stage. The in-game festival stage can be subdivided into four parts: The City of Happy Nights, the Neon Corridor, the Soul Shifting Stage and the Alien Color, among which the top eight teams in each division of the Soul Shifting Stage stage will be eligible to participate in the COA5 online qualifiers.
In the online qualifier stage, the non-Chinese mainland regional qualifiers start in February, and the two championship teams in the Japanese IVC division and the champion teams in the Southeast Asian IVC division have won the direct invitation places, and the remaining 5 places will be decided from the online qualifiers of each major competition area; the Chinese mainland regional online qualifiers start in March, and the DOU5 and Wolves of our IVL League have been qualified for direct invitations. The remaining 6 teams will be created between the 8 teams in the Soul Shift stage and another 8 IVL teams (both sides compete for the top six).
The Global Finals, the COA5 Global Finals, will kick off in late April and will be divided into group stages and knockout rounds. Europe and the United States (1 team), Korea (1 team), Southeast Asia (2 teams), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (1 team), Japan (3 teams) and Chinese mainland division (8 teams), a total of 16 teams in 6 divisions will compete for the honor of COA5 championship and a huge total prize of up to 400W!
COA5 is about to kick off, which six teams can compete with DOU5 and Wolves on behalf of our IVL division, whether our IVL division can defend the honor of the world's strongest division, which team will become the world's strongest team this year, let us look forward to it and witness it!
