At 21:23 on January 18, the Licheng District Branch of the Jinan Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a police notice, and in the early morning of January 16, a fight occurred in a bar in Licheng District. After receiving the police, the police quickly rushed to the scene and immediately carried out investigation and disposal.
After investigation: At about 0:40 a.m. on January 16, Cheng Mou (male, 28 years old) had an argument with others after drinking in the bar and beat others.
According to article 43 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, Cheng was punished with 10 days of administrative detention and a fine of 500 yuan for beating others.
In the next step, the public security organs will further handle the case according to the final results of the injury appraisal in accordance with the law.
