"Our Existence": Girls who are not troublesome are always the first to be abandoned?

Almost every love-themed Korean drama Japanese drama Thai drama and romance novel is constantly repeating one thing, and finally those heroines who constantly cause trouble and mistakes, walk in a loud voice, bump into people, cook, and hurt their hands and talk without brains, they win everything. This makes those girls who are born smart, independent, determined, benevolent and wise, feel a little discouraged. And they can't openly express their dissatisfaction and protest against this, otherwise they will really only be classified in the list of exterminators forever.

The animated version of "Our Existence" was originally one of my favorite pure love dramas, purely recording the 10-year relationship between a 15-year-old boy and girl, no bad guys and no conspiracies, there is really nothing but love; in those obviously happy pieces, you will have a vaguely sad premonition, and when you are really sad, you still feel hope. As it says, "What we could do then, we've done our best to do." No lies, no mistakes, no messes, no failures. It's just that time has slowly passed. ”

The movie version of "Our Existence" is divided into front and back parts, and the first part almost restores the aesthetic purity of the animated version, but, after watching the back part, you will understand why the animation does not continue to look down. What will continue to be filmed is no longer a fairy tale, but "Zhiyin". The male protagonist, Yano, is bound to freedom by his sick and demented mother, and she frantically fears that her son will leave her, and does not hesitate to use death as a shackle to imprison him and run to his lover. Then another weak and selfish woman appears, the sister of Yano's ex-girlfriend who died in a car accident, who becomes equally crazy in her sickness of infatuation and self-loathing with Yano, and finally uses her own life as a chip to contain the man's life. The problem is that in every PK of lovers Kochichi and crazy women, Yano almost does not hesitate to choose other crazy women. His reasoning seemed very rational, "If several people fell into the water at the same time, who would you save first?" "I'll save the man who can't swim"—meaning that if you look like you're in good shape, or fat or buoyant, you're going to struggle or die in the water on your own.

At this point, the film is completely caught up in the usual self-righteousness of romance films, they always feel that being dependent is the maximization of love, saving the incompetent is a self-sacrificing mission, and the person who has lost love and will neither commit suicide nor psychopathy should die alone. The only thing that the heroine XiaoQi did wrong was that she was too troublesome, she did not hold her boyfriend's thigh at the beginning to prevent him from going to Tokyo, but worked hard to study in the hope of being admitted to a school in Tokyo; she did not self-exile because the other party was chaotic and abandoned, at least she also suffered from some depression or something, how could she do something against human nature like doubling her hard work and waiting for Yano to return cheerfully? She is too independent, too tenacious, too carefree, so her name is forever firmly engraved on the top 1 of the "can give up at any time" list.

"Because you're stronger than she is, breaking up with me won't hurt you more", we have heard boys end a relationship with a woman with this line more than once on various occasions. They always speak in a tone of conviction, with relief and a little bit of self-pity, as if it were a sufficiently reasonable and great reason—but didn't it? It can not only noblely dump a woman, but also meet the needs of its own heroism. You can never stop scum and stupid people from appearing, but you can do it without being swayed by their self-judgment. If a person chooses another person who has nothing because you are sound-minded, beautiful and rich, not weak, and not stupid, how can it be your fault? On the contrary, you should be thankful for this - fortunately, I am not entangled in stupid people, and I have gained my life and lost my luck.

I have to say again that many good young people's views of love have been ruined by novels and movies, and many people have a somewhat almost pathological cognition of love. In their view, true love must be sacrificial, reckless, rule-breaking, or at least tortuous; and if it is too smooth and calm, "it must be because I have not yet met true love." Especially with such as the "my ex is the best" series of public peeping props, so that more people have a dislike for their love, our love, no leg-splitting third party, no family estrangement, no ex-boyfriend ex-girlfriend entangled, not even a long-distance relationship, is this really worthy of being called love? They always feel that they have lived in vain, that their love is at a loss, and that they are depressed that their lover is not pretentious and superior enough.

There is only the old saying about this, how can you stop a fool from being stupid? They can't hear.
