The footsteps of the Lunar Year of the Tiger are getting closer and closer, and the taste of the year is getting stronger and stronger. New year and new atmosphere, the land of Shenzhou is full of vitality. This year, we will usher in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and make great strides forward on the road of consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. Whether it is a major national event or a people's family affair, it is worth writing and remembering. From now on, the Farmers' Daily has set up a column entitled "Going to the Grassroots level in the New Year" and successively launched reports sent by reporters from the front line of this newspaper to show new achievements in agriculture, depict new rural features, and hope for the new life of peasants.

Not long ago, this reporter came here to visit the poverty-alleviated households to see how they are living now.

Walking into the yard of Ma Guojian, a poverty alleviation household in Liujia Village, Erniusokou Town, I saw that there was a row of pig houses on the left side of the yard, dozens of large white geese in the open space enclosed by the fence on the right side of the yard, and a car was parked in front of the house.

In 2015, Ma Guojian's family was listed as a poor household in Lika, and his parents could not work because of illness. He and his daughter-in-law originally worked in Shenyang, but because their parents needed care, they chose to return to their hometown.

Ma Guojian said: "My family has 18 acres of land, and it is still not enough to rely on planting a bookmaker. Seeing that there are many people in the village who develop aquaculture, they think of making money by raising pigs. Because of the lack of capital, he asked the secretary of the village party branch to help find a way. The secretary of the village party branch said that the state has a loan poverty alleviation policy for poor households and can help coordinate the handling of small loans. So, I took out a 3-year loan of 50,000 yuan and started raising pigs. ”

After getting the loan, Ma Guojian spent 8,000 yuan to buy the first batch of 3 sows. Starting from 3 sows, through self-breeding, he now has 12 old sows and 20 fat pigs in his pen. "The pig market in 2018 and 2019 is particularly good, and a batch of pigs can earn 50,000 or 60,000 yuan." Ma Guojian said that in the past few years, he has gradually become rich in his hands, not only repaid the loan, renovated a new house, but also went to Shenyang at the end of last year to buy a second-hand car for transportation.

"With policy support, my family now also has a house and a car, and when it is empty, it will also pull the father, daughter-in-law, and son to Kangping County to go around." Speaking of the biggest changes in his life before and now, Ma Guojian happily told reporters that he had no money in his hands before, he always borrowed money to spend when things happened, and now he does not need to borrow money anymore, and he still has spare money on hand.

There were originally 39 poor households in Liujia Village, most of whom lived a well-off life with the help of the government. "Poor households that do not have a labor force do not have to worry. The village used the funds from the collective economy to invest in the winery, and used the poverty alleviation funds of the Kangping County Rural Revitalization Bureau to build 7 greenhouses to grow flowers, and these two projects can give them dividends. Ma Fengjia, secretary of the party committee of Erniusokou Town, introduced.

At present, 5 villages in Erniusokou Town have received support from the expansion of collective economic funds, and all have developed characteristic industrial projects. For example, Chahai Village has taken advantage of the abundant resources of puddle and wicker to develop more than 40 kinds of willow weaving handicrafts, forming a willow weaving industry; Xiwangjia Village has used funds to establish a photovoltaic power station, and the annual income of the village collective has increased by more than 100,000 yuan, and so on.

Erniusokou Town has effectively implemented the "four non-picking" policy and promoted the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation results and the effective connection between rural revitalization. Ma Fengjia said: "We are keeping a close eye on the poor households in the town, wall chart operations, one-on-one help, and at the same time strengthen the dynamic monitoring of poverty prevention, accurately implement policies, carry out normal assistance, and resolutely prevent the return to poverty and the emergence of new poverty." ”
