Liu Wei, a native of Tongling, Anhui. Born in November 1947, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and has been a teacher for a lifetime. He retired from Tongling Vocational College in Anhui Province in 2003. Since the 1980s, essays and novels have been published in Tongling Daily, Anhui Education Daily, China Education Daily, Selected Essays, Anhui Literature, Novellas, Overseas Digests and other publications.
