According to Spain's Daily Sport newspaper, Barca have been given the right of first refusal to buy two of Santos' youngsters, 18-year-old centre-back Keykey Fernandez and 17-year-old right winger Angelo.
Santos sold Gabriel Barbosa to Inter Milan in 2016 without informing Barca, who had the right of first refusal to buy Barbosa, so Barça sued SANTOS with FIFA for 3 million euros in compensation.
In order not to pay the money, Santos offered Barca the pre-emptive rights to Keykey and Angelo, and Barca agreed.
