According to the website of the Zhengzhou Municipal Government, in order to thoroughly check the potential population infection, after the study of the Zhengzhou New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, it was decided to carry out nucleic acid testing for all 8 districts and counties (cities) including Jinshui District, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Sampling time
Sampling work begins at 9:00 a.m. on January 17 and completes at 18:00 a.m.
2. Sample objects
1. Residents of all sealed and controlled areas in Zhengzhou (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, temporary floating populations, foreign populations, etc.).
2. All residents in Jinshui District, Shangjie District, Gongyi City, Xinmi City, Xingyang City, Dengfeng City, Xinzheng City, Zhongmu County and other areas (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, temporary floating populations, foreign populations, etc.).
3. Sampling location
1. The sealing and control area takes door-to-door sampling, and residents are asked to wait patiently at home.
2. Nucleic acid testing of all staff sets up fixed sampling points and mobile sampling points, and residents are invited to participate in sampling at the sampling point of the place of residence in principle in accordance with the organizational arrangements of the village (community) and group staff, and can be sampled at the working place after reporting to the village (community) under special circumstances.
4. Special Notice
(1) For residents who do not participate in the nucleic acid testing of all employees, the health code will be marked as a yellow code, and in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and other relevant provisions, I will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
(2) Persons who have been vaccinated against the new crown virus for no more than 48 hours will not participate in this nucleic acid test after reporting to the community where they live.
(3) Invite residents to actively cooperate with sampling staff to do a good job of sample collection, and public security organs will strictly pursue legal responsibility for those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing work, disrupt order, conceal reports, falsely report, or falsify information.
(4) Residents are requested to carry valid documents such as ID cards and foreign identity certificates in accordance with the arrangements of the village (community) organization, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner at different times to ensure that no one person from one household is missed.
(5) Residents are requested to do a good job of personal protection during the sampling period, wear masks throughout the whole process, take the initiative to accept body temperature checks, and maintain a distance of more than one meter, avoid gathering and talking to each other, and effectively prevent cross-infection during sampling.
(6) Due to the recent cold weather, please make preparations for wind and cold, pay attention to adding clothes to keep warm, and take good care of the elderly and children.
