Zheng Qinwen is from Hubei and excelled at a young age.

At the age of 7, Zheng Qinwen was sent to the famous tennis teacher Xia Xiyao for training, and a year later, she went to Yu Liqiao for training. At the 14th Hubei Provincial Games held in 2014, Zheng Qinwen, then 12 years old, represented Shiyan in the tennis event and won two gold medals.
