Cases 21-23 are all Chinese nationals, cases 21 and 22 studied in the United States, cases 23 lived in the United States, and cases 21-23 took the same flight and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on January 13, 2022, and were placed under centralized isolation and observation after entering customs, during which they developed symptoms. Asymptomatic infected person 2 is a Chinese national, working in Colombia, departing from Colombia, transiting through Germany, arriving at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on January 13, 2022, and was placed under centralized isolation and observation after entering customs, during which symptoms developed. Asymptomatic infected persons are diagnosed by combining epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, and imaging findings.

Two cases of imported asymptomatic infection from abroad have been transferred to designated medical institutions for treatment, and 74 close contacts of the same flight have been traced, and all of them have been implemented for centralized isolation and observation.
