After watching "The Girl Who Traveled Through Time", my heart was a little uncomfortable, but it had nothing to do with the campus love and future in the movie. Purely looking at the family life of the heroine, somehow there is a special feeling of pity.

Especially the heroine's sister, who obviously rarely appears, brings me feelings that are more subtle and profound than all the other content in the movie combined. Ten years ago, when I watched this movie on my high holidays, I had this inexplicable feeling, and ten years later, when I revisited the movie after the unstable adolescence, the feeling of that year immediately came back to life.
The heroine's sister, this black long straight-haired junior high school girl, big eyes and white skin, slender figure like a wicker. She is basically isolated from the main line of the story, and her sister's messy girlish mood and emotional entanglement are completely unmixed, a clean and neat bystander. We only know that she comes home every day after school without staying much, spending a lot more time with her parents than the heroine, buying things to help with housework. In the movie, she has an indescribable cold-eyed coldness and calmness.
Because of the few appearances, her personality is very vague, but people give me a three-dimensional sense that is difficult to describe. I don't usually pin anything on virtual characters, and the other characters in this movie are just flat, even somewhat cheesy animated characters to me. Only this girl seems to be alive, of course not really alive, but living in some form.
It is as if the character was not created to serve the work, she is more like a projection of someone in reality, or the thoughts or wishes of whom. Throw a certain side of a certain person into the work at a certain time in real life, so that the person exists in another form in the mouth of the self-contained animation world. I most likely think too much, the heroine's sister should be an NPC that was casually inserted by the screenwriter. But she just didn't feel the same way to me.

The devil aunt is the protagonist of the original novel, she is much more unfortunate than Makoto, she also has the ability to temporarily cross, to discover her own mind, but the other party has to erase all the memories between the two, back to the original time, only to tell her that one day will appear in front of her eyes as another person. So in the anime, Aunt Devil says "there's only a moment." She had been waiting for someone she would meet again one day, but she didn't know who it was.
In fact, after seeing the end, I will wait for you in the future, but how long will the future be? Can I still wait for that future? It is inevitable that it will be very sad to think like this, but ah, people always have to insist on something in their lives, don't they? Since the person who has been identified, please keep waiting, he must be desperately moving in your direction, and one day they will be reunited! While for the real world, the chances of this waiting for success are slim to none, in the animated world, at least hopefully. However, I will definitely wait.
