The highlights of the live broadcast content are summarized as follows:
· Hidden Target Arcade Mode - New game mode that combines existing formulas to add new challenges and unlockable rewards. Each arcade contract mission requires the player to take multiple hidden targets in a row, which must be killed sequentially. From January 20, the official will open three arcade contracts, the target characters are from the series trilogy, if the player fails to complete the contract, they will enter a 12-hour cooldown period, which is a high-risk and high-reward gameplay. These arcade contracts will never disappear after they are added to the game, and the official said that more contracts will be added in the future.
· Freelance Mode – New stand-alone mode with Rougelike elements, strategic planning and support for custom safe houses and more. Campaign missions have been redesigned in this mode, adding new NPCs that help or prevent players from planning, and weapons and equipment that cannot be retained if they are not brought back to the safe house, and this mode is expected to be available in the spring of 2022.
· VR mode lands on PC – The same VR mode on PS4 (PSVR), the PC version of VR mode also supports all locations in the Killer World Trilogy, allowing you to experience everything in VR. PC VR mode will support the most popular hardware in order to allow as many players as possible to experience, and will be available to all users who have Hitman 3 on their PC from January 20.
· PC Technology Update – The PC version of Killer 3 will be updated with ray tracing later in 2022, and Intel Xess technical support will be added to optimize performance through machine learning while maintaining image quality. VrS (Variable Rate Shading) will also be added later.
· The Killer Trilogy - A collection of three games from the world of Killer, digitally available on PS5, PS4, XSX | S, Xbox One, Epic, and Steam, launched on January 20. The Steam version will correspond to achievements and cards, as will the VR modes and technology updates mentioned above. In addition, on the day of release, the game will also join the XGP subscription service synchronously, corresponding to the host side, PC side and XGPU.
