As an indie developer + amateur guitarist, I wanted to develop a tool to practice songs for a long time. Because when practicing songs, it is often necessary to play a certain clip hundreds of times, sometimes it is necessary to change the key (the performance is different from the original key), change the speed, etc...
These scenes are slightly inconvenient when using players such as QQ Music, and I have not found a particularly handy tool when I look around. Thanks to advances in technology, especially the maturity of the technology of track separation (if you are interested, you can refer to the Splitter.ai), it feels that we can make something cooler and more fun for the topic of "how to learn songs more efficiently".
That brings us to a music tool product we recently released: AudioJam.
Function introduction
Using AI technology, AudioJam can extract vocals, drums, basses, piano or keyboard, guitar, and other audio tracks from any song, and can adjust the volume Remix. This technique is especially useful when practicing with scores or songs.

Through the speed reduction function, you can effectively reduce the difficulty of learning, and you can also find the most suitable tune for yourself by raising and lowering the key.
"Music Attachment" is a feature that I like very much, and can be used in music projects. Create sticky notes to record the results of the pickpocket, where you need to pay attention, or import existing sheet music, which currently supports previewing Guitar Pro's score. I personally feel that for song learning, mobile applications are not the best tool to use, in the song learning thing, I still prefer desktop applications, can be more accurate control and fast input, so AudioJam supports iOS, Android, macOS, Windows 4 platforms.
Automatic pickpocketing?
Many friends, after trying AudioJam, have given me an idea, can it do automatic plucking? My personal opinion on this subject is as follows:
Personally, I don't really approve of the automatic pickpocketing thing, because music learning should not be aimed at becoming a "human flesh reading machine". Instead, through audiovisual notation, to understand and appreciate this musical work, and this process is to continuously improve their own musical aesthetics and listening process, should not be lazy through technology.
Now that the information of the Internet is developed, most of the songs can find the score carefully arranged by others, and the automatic extraction cannot reach such a level. However, I may also add such a feature in the future. Because the matter of pickpocketing is too unfriendly to novices, if you can automatically pickpocket, as a "reference answer" to assist in learning the pickpocketing, you can make learning the notation simpler, the learning curve is smoother, and it is also a good function of "efficient learning".
