On 12 January, the 2022 Dakar Rally concluded the 759-kilometer race from Wadi Ad Dawasir to Bisha. Towards the end of the race, both drivers of the Hanwei Motorsport Team chose a relatively stable race strategy, with the No. 220 Hanwei Mali team finishing the race with the 27th place in the car group, and the No. 273 Tianpo Du Xuanyi finishing the race with the 44th place in the car group.
After the end of the SS10 competition, the No. 273 provisionally ranked 33rd in the automobile group, still ranking first in the Chinese drivers' performance list in the automobile group, and the 220th provisional automobile group 40th.
