According to Jazz reporter Eric Walden, sources revealed that the team's center Hassan Whiteside triggered a health and safety agreement.
The Jazz currently have players who trigger the deal: Elia Hughes, Gay, Azubuk, Gobert, Jared Butler and Whiteside.
So far this season, Whiteside has played in 36 games for the Jazz, averaging 16.4 minutes per game, 8.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 1.3 blocks, shooting 62.6% from the field.
