Lining Expressway, full name "Liyang to Ningde Expressway". It starts from Liyang, Jiangsu, north of Yangli Expressway (Yangzhou to Liyang), through Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian four provinces, and finally Fujian Fu'an, and south of Ningshang Expressway (Ningde to Shangrao).
Among them, the Jiangsu section of the Lining Expressway is of great significance in the Yangtze River Delta. It is connected to the Xinchang hub of Yangli Expressway in the north and ends in the south at the border of Suwan Province in Shezhu Town, Liyang City, and is the "five vertical, nine horizontal and five links" in Jiangsu. In the planning of the expressway network, there are five components in length, and the total length of the line is about 23.7 kilometers.
The Jiangsu section of Lining Expressway has 5 interchange interchanges including Xinchang (hub), Nandu, Nandu (hub), Zhoucheng and Shezhu with a design speed of 120 km/h.
The Nandu toll station has 5 entrance lanes (*3 ETC lanes and 2 mixed lanes) and 7 exit lanes (*3 ETC lanes and 4 mixed lanes). It is close to Tianmu Lake Resort, Daxi Reservoir Scenic Spot, Provincial Highway 239, Liyang No. 1 Highway, etc.
