The Telegraph: Marcus Rashford needs a manager who can unleash his potential, and sols a lot of training to the coaching staff

Live bar On January 12, according to the "Daily Telegraph" article analysis of Rashford's situation, and former Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the team training is more to the coaching staff.

No United manager has ever given Marcus Rashford the proper guidance to unleash his enormous talent. He is suffering from a crisis and has been trying for years to drag United back to where the club should have been. The crisis stemmed from a change in Rashford's position. And since he entered the first team in 2016, no manager has really trained him to be the best player. In the FA Cup Manchester United's 1-0 win over Villa, this crisis came into focus. Some United fans have pointed the finger at Marcus Rashford, who has been vilified on social media for his poor performance, with Alain Shearer even saying he doesn't seem to enjoy his football very much.

Ever since Van Gaal brought Marcus Rashford to the first team, the players seem to be players who have always needed to be coached. But Van Gaal hasn't been at United for long, and Mourinho seems to be unhappy with Marcus Rashford. It was hoped that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, as a striker, would allow Rashford to improve. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has barely trained at United and prefers to leave the task to his coaching staff. When Marcus Rashford approached Solskjaer, he didn't get help.

Fitness and injury have always been important issues and one has to ask whether United have properly coached Marcus Rashford. His position has not been fully determined, and United have been letting him play on the left after signing right winger Sancho. In the FA Cup match against Wolves in January 2020, Rashford fractured his back. But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still chose to take a risk in the following game. Solskjaer's response was to set him a goal. He did score 21 goals in 57 games, which didn't stop him from being criticised for not scoring goals. If the head coach comes out and explains his role in the team, that would help.

Some believe a Rashford move would be more beneficial. But Marcus Rashford just wants to do his best and be that guy at Manchester United. He knew he wasn't playing well enough, but still gave it his all and was determined to solve the problem his way. What he seems to need more is a manager who really believes in him and wants to help him reach his great potential. Hopefully this will happen.
