Sebel: The Olympic experience has allowed me to progress and learn from mills & Ingles and others

76ers forward Sable was recently interviewed by ESPN reporter Kane Pitman, in which he talked about his experience representing Australia at the Olympic Games.

"It was so cool to see how the team's coaching staff reacted. When I came back, they said the most important thing was that I had gotten much better. It's funny because most people attribute the improvement to offseason training and I don't have any time to do it. It's the biggest improvement of my career, and while it doesn't necessarily show up, the value I've brought to the team has really grown and the coaches have seen that. Sable said.

Sebel added: "Everyone may have some fears, but not for the players in the Australian men's basketball team. Players are afraid to play too many games in the offseason, but you can see Mills, Ingles, DelaVedovar, Baines doing it all the time. They are able to build up their experience through offseason games. I think it's a testament to why their careers are so long, why they're able to stay so stable in NBA games, and I definitely want to learn something from them. ”

At the Tokyo Olympics, Sebel averaged 23.4 minutes per game and scored 7.8 points and 3.0 steals, making him the steal king of the Olympic Games.

So far this season, Sable has averaged 26.0 minutes per game, 5.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.8 steals.
