According to France's TF1 reporter Julien Maynard, Roma coach Jose Mourinho has been on the phone with Tottenham midfielder Ndombele and intends to invite the latter to join on loan.

Mourinho personally called Ndombele and Roma are interested in loaning the French midfielder. Spurs are open to letting Ndombele go this month and are willing to consider an offer on loan.

In addition to Roma, Napoli are also in talks about bringing in Ndombele.
