Kuyt: Winning the League Cup will greatly boost the confidence of the team and it's a good opportunity for Liverpool

In a column on Liverpool's official website, team star Kuyt said that winning the League Cup will greatly enhance the confidence of the team.

The following is Kuyt's column:

My 6 years at Liverpool had the opportunity to take on a lot of honours, but the League Cup was the only trophy I lifted. In my final season at Anfield, I was hungry for a trophy and I finally did it in February 2012. Beating Cardiff at Wembley was an experience I will never forget, and I took my family and friends to see that game and they still talk about that day.
