"Half Huan" is the local dialect, and in Mandarin it is said to be "half a fan" duck. In fact, this duck is scientifically called South China Duck, which is a meat-egg breed, known as the water duck mother, and the local people generally raise it to lay eggs in previous years, and finally sold.
The newly shelled half-time duck has golden yellow fur all over its body, which is very cute. After 3 months, the soft fluff on their bodies turns into white feathers, and they will more or less carry some black spots on the top of their heads. They like to swim in the water, and they are not excluded from cooling off in the shade of the trees on land, right?
This South China duck is a fierce, large and fast-growing duck, which is crossed with the local white duck. After hybridization, the ducks grow much faster and larger than the local ducks, and their growth cycle is about 100 days.
Ducks can raise two stubbles a year, the first stubble in the rice field seedlings grow and bear fruit after putting in, the second stubble is put in after harvesting the rice, around the Spring Festival out of the bar, a seven or eight pounds of half a duck purchase price of about 50 yuan, but many people prefer to process themselves at home.
This duck is now also a famous local dish. Not only is it a favorite of the locals, but it has also become a must-try food for friends who come to the terraces to travel.
