Yang Baoling, female, born in 1957, is a member of the Communist Party of China and the general secretary of the party branch of Hu zhangzhuang Village, Huaming Street, Dongli District, Tianjin.

Comrade Yang Baoling has always shouldered the heavy responsibility of enriching the people and benefiting the people, and the rural masses she led were the first to move into the demonstration small towns. In just three years, an unknown small village has built 552 agricultural production houses, 16 storage warehouses and 154 cold storages; without spending a penny of the collective, it has hardened nearly 30,000 square meters of roads, rose grapes are well-known, farmers have achieved an annual income increase of more than 1.5 million yuan, and the per capita net income of villagers has increased from more than 3,000 yuan to more than 10,000 yuan. Today, 217 elderly people each enjoy a monthly pension subsidy of 600 yuan, 460 villagers of the right age are all included in the urban residents' pension insurance system, more than 30 disabled people have been successfully resettled, and the villagers each have an annual welfare of up to more than 2,000 yuan. She is frank, persistent, and driven. In order to let the masses give priority to enjoying the fruits of development, in 2007, she took the lead in implementing the "homestead change" in the city, and signed more than 1,000 house replacement applications in the village in only two hours. In order to enable the villagers to move in and live in buildings, she put forward the proposal of building facility agriculture and was adopted by the leaders, laying the foundation for the formation of Huaming's "three districts" linkage development pattern. In the face of the new situation, based on the current situation, focusing on the long term, taking advantage of the situation, she put forward the idea of breaking the dual constraints of funds and resources, developing modern tourism ecological agriculture, and striving to build Huzhangzhuang into a rich, civilized and harmonious new village.
