According to Wizards reporter Chase Hughes, Harrell has lifted his health and safety agreement and is in doubt tomorrow against the Bulls (50% chance of playing).
Harrell has missed five consecutive games for triggering the agreement. So far this season, Harrell has played in 33 games for the Wizards, averaging 25.4 minutes per game, 14.5 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists, shooting 64.5% from the field.
