Do you often encounter a situation where when you want to find someone to share your feelings, open the address book and find that you don't know who to call, and then hold the emotion in your heart, and over time you will close yourself up.

"Empty chairs" are a common technique used in psychological counseling. Find a room where no one is, move in two chairs, sit on one yourself, imagine the other chair as the person you want to talk to, and start talking. You will find that some words do not have to be listened to, but saying them will make yourself a lot easier.
